What makes our company and Croghan Bologna so special is our long legacy that has spanned generations. Founded in 1888 we have supplied our hometown and the rest of Northern New York with what many call the “taste of home”. Our Croghan Bologna is a traditional Swiss ring sausage used as a slice and serve hors d’ oeuvre that pairs perfectly with an assortment of cheeses. The flavorful but never overpowering Adirondack Hardwood smoke provides a sense of northern comfort while the fresh garlic compliments our Local and Choice Grade Beef blend that creates a delicacy, unlike any bologna you have had before.

We only work with the highest quality meat, USDA Choice and Prime, and source the most flavorful spices and ingredients for our products, such as California Fresh Garlic and Lewis County, NY Maple Syrup.

100% Homemade

We never use prepackaged mixes for our products. Each recipe is original and hand crafted/created from scratch by our generational sausage makers.
