Croghan Bologna is a smoked prepared meat of unusual flavor and appearance.
In taste, it's closest cousins are salamis and sausages, and it looks, well, -- probably
like nothing you've ever seen before!
The fine quality flavor and unique ring-like shape of Croghan Bologna began in 1888 when
Swiss immigrant Fred Hunziker brought a smoked beef recipy with him to northern New York.
He founded the Croghan Meat Market and began preparing his bologna the same way it was made in
Croghan Smoked Breakfast Sausage
Croghan Smoked Breakfast Sausage links are also a family favorite since 1888. Using only the
finest cuts of meat and an original blend of spices, they are also naturally smoked over hardwood fires
and make for a great meal or snack.
Throughout the years the Recipe and manufacturing location have remained unchanged. Today, the
Campany family continues to produce Croghan Bologna in the fine tradition initiated by Mr. Hunziker.
The small town meat market quality and pride goes into every ring of Croghan Bologna.
